Objectives

• To provide free education to the poor children as well as the adolescence youths and girls.

• To conduct the residential and non-residential welfare program to the Orphans, Distribute Women and Aged Persons.

• To promote the Fireworks Industries by joining hands with all the people who are involved in the Fireworks Industry. The proposed association (IFA) will work with Fireworks, Manufactures, Raw materials, Suppliers, Traders, Distributors, Transporters, workers, Central and State Govts, Consumers, Exporters and who so ever involved in this Fireworks Industry to develop this Industry at global level in the near future.

• To plan, work and create employment opportunities for the socially and economically downtrodden people by the above said training.

• To Fireworks Products should be a consumer friendly. Our association work towards Excellence of Fireworks Products.

• To help the mentally worried people through education hand.

• To promote leadership qualities among young men and women with a view to meet the needs of the country.

• To create awareness on child care, vaccination and improve the health factors in all needy areas especially in rural and slum areas.

• To advice and to guide physically handicapped.

•To provide basic infrastructure - food,water,cloth and medical facilities to those affected by famine,flood earthquake and other natural calamities.

•To work for the abolition of child labour and bonded labours.

•To establish and run Reading Rooms, Libraries, Nursery Schools and other educational institutions.

•To promote the sustainable development in natural agriculture, animal husbandry, poultry, honey bee keeping and cattle rearing for the development of the needy people.

•To protect and promote the rural handicrafts.

•To create to the aged widow and children home.

•To conduct and to arrange the family counsel.

•To arrange the Industrial Education to physically handicapped.

•To create awareness among the public on Eco-friendly life style.

•To conduct various programs for achieving the above said objectives the organization is to help the society as a whole irrespective of caste, creed and religion.

•To receive gifts and contribution from within India and outside India for the work and achievement of above said objectives.

•To train up the prisoners to train up to the poor, orphans, Destitute, physically handicapped, Tsunami affected persons,boys and girls to the industrial training.

•To educate,physically handicapped,retarded persons,Lepers aged the Police Department to help the patients in Goverment hospital.

PROPOSAL FOR CHANGES IN THE EXPLOSIVES RULES 2008

EXPLOSIVE RULES 2008		PROPOSED CHANGES

	• Chapter I 1.Short title and commencement.These rules may be called the Explosive Rules, 2008.	• New Rules may be framed Exclusively for FIREWORKS INDUSTRY.

	• Chapter II 22.Use of electrical equipment.(1)No electrical equipment shall be used in places where explosives are being manufactured, handled or stored. SET-II (CONDITIONS ) Manufacture shall only be carried in between sunrise and sunset and no lights shall be allowed in or near the place where fireworks are manufactured.	• Use of Electrification may be allowed liberally.Fireworks manufacturing may be permitted 24 hours with proper lighting with Electric/solar/battery power.

	• Chapter-VII Special provisions for Possession,Sale and use of Explosives,84.Temporary shops for possession and sale of fireworks during festivals.During festivals,the District Magistrate may issue temporary licenses for possession and sale of fireworks in a temporary shop.	• To improve the better distribution of Fireworks during the festival time,the temporary licence procedure may be relaxed as one time exemption to SELL FIREWORKS for 7 days prior to DIWALI/VISHU festivals without any licensing procedure by a special NOTIFICATION by the Central Govt.

	• 71.Possession in licensed premises-(1) A person holding licence for possession of explosives granted under these rules shall store the explosives only in premises specified in the licence.	• Central Gove may provide land& building at major METROs to store FIREWORKS for distribution at the time of festivals.
